Shipping

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $99 (Canada & USA).

All orders are shipped through local courier services such as GTAGSM Courier, Purolator, Canpar, UPS, and others. Canada Post services are temporarily suspended due to the ongoing strike.

Orders shipped to USA are delivered by USPS (United States Postal Service).

When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an additional email confirming your order has been shipped, plus the tracking number.

If you are in the Montreal Mile End / Plateau / Downtown area – we now offer a pick-up option. Please contact us at info@inspirebeautyshop.com to schedule an appointment to pick-up your order at our office.

CANADA & USA

We strive to get our orders out as soon as possible. We process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days, Monday-Friday.

All orders made on Friday, and over the weekend, will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping Information

  • Average delivery times: Canada: 2–5 business days | USA: 3–8 business days

  • Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

  • All orders include a tracking number.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed in transit, shipped to an incorrect/incomplete address, or not retrieved by the recipient.

  • If you request your package to be left at your door or another location, you assume full responsibility for any loss or damage.

  • Once your order has been scanned into the carrier’s system, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier (Canada Post, USPS, Canpar, UPS, GTAGSM, etc). If issues arise, please contact the carrier directly.

  • Orders shipped to the USA may be subject to import tariffs based on where the product is made. Any applicable tariffs will be shown and added at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL (Outside Canada & USA)

We currently ship to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.

  • Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

  • Delivery: International delivery is handled by your local shipping carrier. Average delivery time is 5–20 business days.

    Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout.

    Tracking: All orders include a tracking number. You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase, and a second email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Shipping charges do not include VAT, duties, or customs fees.

  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees once your order arrives in your country.

  • If you refuse delivery, you remain responsible for return shipping charges as well as any duties, taxes, or customs fees.

WRONG ADDRESS

  • Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • Once an order ships out we cannot make any changes or corrections to the shipping address.
  • If you entered the wrong shipping address, we’ll need to wait for the parcel to be returned to us before issuing a store credit (minus the shipping fees for returning the package to us).
  • You are responsible for the shipping fees to return the package to us.
  • If you choose to have the package reshipped to the correct shipping address, you will need to pay the shipping fees.
  • We are not responsible for a package being lost or stolen due to an incorrect shipping address.
