- We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of the date you purchased the products for a store credit.
- You will be credited the amount you paid for the product (not the shipping).
- If you decide you want to return a product, please contact us before sending it back. We don’t accept returns without prior approval. To return a product, please send an email to [email protected] with your name, invoice#, name of product you want to return, and reasons for the return. We will reply within 48 hours with instructions on how to return the product.
- All shipping costs for returning a product to us is the customer’s responsibility. We do not accept products sent C.O.D.
- Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will email you and process a store credit to be used for future purchases.
- Please note it can take 30 days to process a return and issue you a store credit.
- All products purchased on sale are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
- If a product you received is damaged, please contact us immediately. We only accept returns of damaged products within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please contact us first before sending a damaged product back. We do not accept returns without prior approval. To return the damaged product, please send an email to [email protected] with your name, invoice#, photos of the damaged product, and description of the damage. We will reply to you within 48 hours with instructions on how to return the product.

Coaching
- All coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance; otherwise you will forfeit that appointment and will not have the opportunity to reschedule it.
