Return Policy

Skincare & Beauty Products

  • We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original, unopened, undamaged packaging within 30 days of the date you purchased the products for a store credit.
  • You will receive store credit for the amount you paid for the product (not the shipping).
  • If you decide you want to return a product, please contact us before sending it back. We don’t accept returns without prior approval. To return a product, please send an email to info@inspirebeautyshop.com with your name, invoice#, name of product you want to return, photo of the product, and reasons for the return. We will reply within 48 hours with instructions how to return the product.
  • All shipping costs for returning a product to us is the customer’s responsibility. We do not accept products sent C.O.D. and we do not pay for the costs shipping the product back to us.
  • Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will email you and process a store credit to be used for future purchases.
  • Please note it can take 30 days to process a return and issue you a store credit.
  • We want all our customers to love their purchases, but on the rare occasion an adverse reaction or sensitivity to a product can occur. We are not responsible for any allergic reaction or sensitivity to a product. We do not issue refunds, store credit or accept returns of products that have been opened or used, including if you’ve had an allergic reaction, irritation or are dissatisfied with a product.
  • We list the ingredient deck of every product we sell on our website for you to consult if you have a known allergy or sensitivity to an ingredient. Please feel free to email us at anytime if you are unsure about a product you are about to purchase or have questions. We are here to help and want to ensure you have the best possible experience shopping with us.
  • All sale items and products purchased using a discount code / coupon code are a FINAL SALE – they are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit or a refund.
  • If a product you received is damaged, please contact us immediately. We only accept returns of damaged products within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please contact us first before sending a damaged product back. We do not accept returns without prior approval. To return the damaged product, please send an email to info@inspirebeautyshop.com with your name, invoice#, photos of the damaged product, and description of the damage. We will reply to you within 48 hours with instructions on how to return the product.
  • Please note it can take 30 days to process a return and issue you a store credit.

Coaching

  • All coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance; otherwise you will forfeit that appointment and will not have the opportunity to reschedule it.
