19/99 Tinted Matte Balm Terra is a moisturizing, satin-matte balm that glides on for lightweight colour in a universal shade of plum. Formulated with natural oils and wax for comfortable, moisturizing wear on lips, eyes and cheeks.

Formulated with a lower pigment level than 19/99 Precision Colour Pencils, this creamy balm delivers sheer, buildable colour with a comfortable lip balm finish.

How to use

Apply where colour is desired. Sharpen using the Tinted Matte Balm Sharpener, included with the Balm.
