19/99 Beauty High-Shine Gloss is a clear, hydrating gloss made with ceramides and sodium hyaluronate for a moisturizing and plumping effect. This lightweight, gel-cushion formula is completely clear with super fine flecks of mica to add shine to lips, cheek bones, eye lids, or elsewhere. Blend with Precision Colour Pencil for diffused, dewy colour.
