19/99 Precision Colour Pencil is a cream pot formula in a pencil format. These multi-use pencils can be used on eyes, lips, or cheeks. They glide on with a creamy-matte finish. They are creamy enough to use as a lipstick, blendable enough to be used as a blush or a wash of colour on the lids, and with a precision tip for lining eyes and lips.

How to use

How to use
Apply colour to desired area—lips, cheeks or elsewhere. Create a precise line for definition or blend out for a softer look.

LIPSTICK: Line and fill in lips with the Precision Colour Pencil, or use Tapered Multi-Brush to blend colour onto lips. Wear alone or top with High-Shine Gloss for a dewy effect.

LIP LINER: Line lips with the pencil and finish with High-Shine Gloss or lip colour of choice.

EYELINER: Line lash line with pencil. Smudge with Tapered Multi-Brush for a smokey effect, or tap translucent powder on top to enhance wear.

EYESHADOW: Dot colour over eyelids and blend with fingertips or Tapered Multi-Brush to diffuse colour.

BLUSH/CONTOUR: Dot colour onto cheeks and blend with fingertips or Tapered Multi-Brush to diffuse colour.

HIGHLIGHT: Use highlight pencil on inner corners of eyes, along lash line, on high points of cheeks, cupid’s bow or brow bone.
