Janet –
This is my first experience with Annmarie serums. So far I am not t a fan of the smell and my bottle doesn’t have a cap that provides drops of serum. I have to slowly pour it into my hand hoping it doesn’t spill out too fast 🙁

Hi Janet,
We’re sorry to hear you weren’t satisfied with the Annmarie Probiotic Serum. We checked our records and we don’t have any orders under your name or email. Did you perhaps purchase it from another retailer? Maybe you can reach out to them or Annmarie Skin Care directly about the issue with the bottle. The full size Probiotic Serum comes with a pump dispenser, but if you purchased a trial size vial it might just be with a cap.
