Manasi 7 Eye and Lip Definer is a high-pigmented, creamy, blendable multifunctional pencil. Lasting all day, it’s a versatile tool for creating an endless variety of looks. Formulated with the perfect balance of oils and waxes, this creamy formulation glides on effortlessly, and blends easily onto the eyes and lips to impart a flush of colour. It provides a buildable colour pay-off and matte finish.

Made with certified organic Coconut oil, Carnauba wax, and natural Vitamin E, the formula has moisturizing benefits and a light, silky smooth texture that facilitates easy application. Define, emphasize and play up your lips and eyes. The non-drying formula glides smoothly onto the lips and eyes for a long-lasting effect with a one-swipe pigmentation.

Use it on your eyes to create anything from soft definition to a defined graphic eye, or a full-on smoky eye.

On lips, apply on the whole lip to achieve a colour with matte finish. This matte pencil liner is also perfect for defining your lip shape and preventing your lip colour from feathering. In addition you can combine it with Manasi 7 All Over Colour or any lip product of your choice. Apply Manasi 7 All Over Shine on top if you wish to have a glossy finish.

How to use
How to use
- Make sure to prep and prime your eyelids and around lips before you apply Eye And Lip Definer to prevent any creasing.
- For eyes: Add Eye And Lip Definer after you apply eyeshadow, and apply mascara to your eyes last.
- For lips: Apply on the whole lip to achieve a colour with matte finish, or you can use the pencil as a lip liner to create your ideal lip shape. Use it on its own or with Manasi 7 All Over Colour, All Over Shine, or lipstick to define the contour of the lips.
